First, you might want to fix up, or rather "pretty up" your application, there's 0 BBCode in here. In the app guideline you have a post with the coded application that you can just copy/paste into your post and it'll look much better.

Now I understand you gave us a picture of your stats and all that, but please, put up another one with your DPS, show us a crit or two, or ask a friend with recount to party up with you and record your dps for 30 secs and post it in chat.

Can you please define it. WOTLK isn't the only part of the game with dungeons and raids.
I won't throw around much crap about your PvE spec because I barely know anything about arcane mages, but I think you can leave out "Torment the Weak" because it won't do you much good in a boss fight since most of 'em are immune to stuns, slows, snares etc.
And widen your answers a bit, I'm not asking for an essay on each question, but a bit more info wouldn't hurt tho.

And please don't write it in a response, instead "EDIT" the application with the details, trust me, it'll do you good.
