I dont like your talents/glyphs and gems u have. U dont have talent that increases your SP by the amount of spirit maxxed but yet you are stacking spirit on gems. and few more remarks. You are next to me atm in wow.

Well, I was next to you too, I am Esper. And you were (full T10, Sandals feet) healing with Flash Heal 5,2k while me (only one T10 piece equipped - chest), healed 6,2k. Both with same buffs.

And I really don't know, I will stay neutral.

Ok, so the text is short but kind of fully answered the questions, I had an experience with this guy with my old warrior in an old guild but I didn't paid attention to the healing and what he was actually fucking doing at all I'm just glad you applied here, but in the other case you did applied to sappeds that changes my point of view for you a little. But anyway it doesn't matter much, I love shiny applications, but I hate too shiny so my eyes will ran out of my skull, if @ Greekpriest thinks your good and gives you a TU, I think you are pretty good and Thumbs up from me and GL.

Im not saying that he is good. On the opposite. He just have shiny gear. He's talents and gemming suck. But he got enormous gear and i would like to test his skill. I would get him as a trial for a raid and then either promote or boot him.

Talents glyphs etc are fixable but if they are wrong in the first place then it shows to me that you dont know how to play your class.

Excuse me but im a bit strict on talents. I cant stand imperfect specs with useless talents.

Btw i wanna see that guild in GD. I bet he's gonna fail at healing even if im jealous of his gear.

On the other hand, if he's good we could use a good holy priest for backup or a current holy priest could roll a class we need like mage or sth.

Long story short

He didn't impressed me in that toc 25n, since I expected he will be first healer every boss fight (4set, 5/5 ftw).... but yet I healed much more with my poor resto gear then he did with that pure epicnes. But shit happends, 100% that he can improve so
