We interviewed him but we found his gear great. His spec pretty good but a lack of communication between us. Thats why we told him to apply.

Sorry if I am rude but I don't think anyone asked you to reply. However because I feel bad for mentioning something like this in "public" I want to clear a few things.

A) I did not mention something like this so you get voted down by others but just to see if anyone else agrees with this accusation.
B) In my opinion it's none of your concern who said it but as I said I don't recall who was it.
C) I didn't vote you down for that, but even if one person mentioned you as a ninja it's something we have to look into before inviting you. Such behaviors can harm the name of the guild in general.
