Well I have played with Elkat before, really really skilled shaman! Knows what he is doing. Seems like a nice person, english isnt great, but I understand his situation of having english as a 3rd language, and I atleast understand what he's saying. +2

...but, I have to agree with Thimos on what you lack.

About the addons, you can get them later, we can help you with that.

English is more of a problem though, I think it's sufficient.

I'll stay neutral right now, but I'll change it soon, probably to a plus, we'll see.

I think your english wont be a problem.
About talents...resto spec isn´t bad...there can be only few minor changes, for example you don´t need cleanse spirit instead of this put that point to enhancing totems. Ancestral knowledge..5 points there are more than is needed - 3 are enough. Ancestral healing is not needed for pve. Those 5 talent points you got put to thundering strikes.
