For start. In the holy spec and I suppose it is the pve healing spec, why there is no inner heal and mediation in the Discipline tree? Certainly you don't want to go OOM in a raid setting don't you? Moving on to the holy tree, no holy focus??? You certainly want to heal your teammate on time in raids without disruption. Your don't need 5/5 in Divide fury 2 should be sufficient consider the fact that it only improve your casting time a little bit.

So let me get this straight your Holy spec isn't awful but it's kind of bad, so as I also saw your interface and I can see that your half a clicker but that doesn't matter much, it matters that it's made by you and you find it easier to play like that. Anyway I can clearly see your not using any macros, but you putted some effort in your application and made it look nice also looking polite and no I won't judge you by your gear also, I'll judge you by skill witch I didn't saw it much and have no personal experience raiding with you, so I'll stay natural, modify your Holy spec like @ Arago told you and you got my thumbs up.
